One of the most important things you need to consider is the engagement of your accredited Designer or Architect. You need to ensure that the Designer or Architect is accredited in Tasmania. This is very important specially if you look at working with someone from interstate. If you are unsure please talk to me and I would be more than happy to find this out for you.
